Step 1: Place your order
As soon as you fill out the order form by providing information about your company and the type of logo you want, we will issue you a unique customer ID through which you will be able to conveniently communicate with our customer services department.
The more the information you provide about your company, the easier it would be for our creative designers to craft a logo according to your specific requirements.

Step 2: Brainstorming session
The confirmation of your order will trigger the brainstorming session. In this phase, our team of visualizers and designers will come up with several ideas for your logo design, keeping in mind your exact requirements. The designer specializing in the type of logo you have requested will then take charge of your project.
Step 3: Choose the logo you like most
The designer, who is assigned your job, will then come up with as many options as you have requested, depending upon the package you have chosen while ordering. For example, if you chose our Platinum Package, you will be presented with 8 initial logo designs in 3 days as specified in the package.
Upon the completion of these 8 options (platinum package) you will be required to view your samples and choose the one you like the best.
Step 4: Revisions
Our design department will then start working on improving the logo you pick from the options sent to you. This time, our design department will create 8 (platinum package) color options for your preview.
The color options will be made at no extra charge.
Step 5: Approve your final logo design
And finally, the one logo you choose will be delivered to you in different formats. These will be optimized for the web (.GIF or .JPEG), high-resolution image (.TIFF), Photoshop EPS (.EPS)
and Vector Format for Print Medium.
All files will be sent in an attachment via e-mail.
